After personally joining the Mind Moves programme I am convinced of the importance of ageing people taking part in the programme.
The physical, emotional and cerebral functions that decline with age can be stimulated and activated by the programme and lead to more supple movements and better functioning.
In a relatively short space of time I experienced positive results, amongst others in the following functions:
- Better small muscle control in my hands and feet (after a brain operation)
- Alleviation of anxiety
- Improvement of dry mouth syndrome
- Stimulation of hearing
- A self-hug, feel-good exercise that is so pleasing, I practise it several times during the day
The exercise programme is very relaxing, but also focussed
Guidance from my knowledgeable, committed and empathic Mind Moves Instructor was excellent and indispensable for my improvement and a positive inclination.
