I have an undying passion to make a difference in a child’s life, if they are having a hard time understanding or even just struggling to fit into their peer group with academics or sport, even socially. After school I studied BA Psychology, started teaching a Grade 4 class in 2009, while completing my PGCE (Intermediate Phase). I furthered my studies in Assessors and Moderators short courses. My ten years teaching experience is divided between Grade 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. With Mind Moves I found the missing puzzle to empower every person to make a difference. Life does not have to be a daily battle and that knowledge gives me the freedom and power to go out and help children who can’t help themselves and educate society to do the same.
